Turas Travel is organised by travel professionals. All information on the venues we service, bus routes and prices for each event are available on our website. If you have any further queries, please contact us using the details on our contact page.

As with all businesses, we operate under terms and conditions and a company code of conduct. We comply with all rules and regulations set by the Department for the Economy Northern Ireland (DfE NI) for road transport, as required of all bus and coach operators. Please review our terms below.

General Conditions of Travel

  • There are no age restrictions on our buses; however, please check individual events for their own age policies. All passengers under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Some of our vehicles are fitted with toilets and others are not. We cannot guarantee toilet facilities on all concert or event routes.

  • As we provide transport to events and venues that serve alcohol, some passengers may be under the influence of alcohol. While this is generally harmless, aggressive or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated. The safety and comfort of other passengers and our drivers is our priority.

  • For most concerts and events, particularly at larger venues, venue management will be available to assist should any issues arise.

  • Alcohol is not permitted on any PSV vehicle. This is a DfE NI regulation applicable to all bus and coach operators. Alcohol may be carried in luggage stored in the hold but must not be consumed on the vehicle.

  • All concert and event travel dates and times are published on our website. These times are strict and non‑changeable unless amended by Turas Travel.

  • All concert and event travel must be booked in advance via our website or by telephone. Passengers may arrive on the day of travel without a booking, but travel is not guaranteed. Prices paid on the day may differ from online prices.

  • All concerts and events are subject to minimum numbers. If numbers are not viable, a service may be cancelled or altered by Turas Travel. Customers will be notified in advance where possible.

  • If an event is cancelled, customers will be notified using the contact details provided at the time of booking (email or telephone).

Bookings & Tickets

  • All travel is priced as a return journey to the same drop‑off point as the pick‑up location.

  • Bookings are available online only and are sold on a non‑refundable basis. Optional travel insurance may be purchased during checkout. Please review insurance details carefully before booking.

  • Tickets are not available for purchase from the driver.

  • Email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. This confirmation serves as your e‑ticket. Customers are responsible for checking their emails for updates or changes.

  • Turas Travel cannot be held responsible if customers fail to check their email after being notified of potential changes.

  • All bookings are non‑refundable. Once booked, travel details cannot be amended. A cancellation insurance option may be available at the time of booking.

  • Passengers must quote their booking reference when boarding.

  • It is the passenger’s responsibility to board the correct coach at all pick‑up and return locations.

  • Passengers wishing to travel together must book the same pick‑up location and arrive together. We cannot guarantee seating on the same vehicle for separate bookings.

  • Travel is valid only on the service and date booked.

  • All travel is subject to availability. Customers are advised to book as early as possible.

  • Special single fares are not available.

  • Turas Travel operates a strict no‑alcohol and no‑smoking policy on all services, in accordance with Northern Ireland law.

  • Passengers must return to the coach no later than 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

  • It is the passenger’s responsibility to return to the coach within the allocated time. Drivers will not make contact to remind passengers.

  • All standard conditions of carriage apply.

  • Concert and event fares cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Cancellation Policy

At Turas Travel, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is outlined below to ensure fairness for both our customers and our operations.

Charter & Private Bookings

  • Cancellations made 8 days or more prior to the scheduled trip will receive a full refund, minus any non‑refundable deposits or administrative fees.

  • Cancellations made 7 days prior to the scheduled trip will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to departure will be charged 100% of the total booking cost.

  • If a booking is made within 72 hours of departure, a deposit will be required and full payment may be required at the time of booking.

  • No‑shows and same‑day cancellations are non‑refundable.

Deposits

  • All deposits are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Deposits (or part thereof) may be applied as a credit toward a future booking at the discretion of Turas Travel.

Changes & Rescheduling

  • Date or time changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Requests to reschedule must be made as early as possible.

Weather & Force Majeure

Turas Travel is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to weather conditions, road conditions, government restrictions or events beyond our control. Where possible, we will work with customers to reschedule; refunds are not guaranteed.

How to Cancel

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or the official booking platform to be considered valid.

By confirming a booking with Turas Travel, customers acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

Website Information & Privacy

When you make an enquiry, we may collect your name and email address so that we can contact you if necessary. We also monitor website usage and traffic patterns to improve the design and functionality of our website.

Turas Travel does not sell, trade or rent personal information to third parties.

By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of this information by Turas Travel. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on this page.

VAT & Amendments

VAT is added where applicable at the current standard rate of 20%.
